Hey Looney Bin!

I wanted to tell you that I have started a network for anyone looking to improve their level of health and wellness, with special emphasis on the writing community!

I get many questions about health and fitness from my fellow writers and have been encouraged (read-nagged, prodded, threatened) by my friend Diana Rowland (Mark of the Demon) to begin posting health and fitness tips on twitter. I thought it was a brilliant idea (or did she say that?) and wanted to expand that a bit more to create this network.

So it's brand new, I just put it online this morning....so please, I'm begging for members!! You can post your health and fitness goals, ask me questions and I will do my best to share my knowledge with you. All I ask in return is that everyone encourage and support each other, not only in our health and fitness goals, but also in all our writing pursuits!
